Terms and Condition
All rentals should be paid in advance and any delay shall attract a penalty of 10% per day.
Customer should submit their original Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Passport and Voter ID.
100% refund will be done if cancelled 48 hours or before from the starting point of the booking. 50% shall be refunded if cancelled 24 hours before the booking starts and no refund shall be made if cancelled less than 24 hours from the starting time of booking.
No modifications are allowed to the scheduled booking within 0-2 hours before the booking start time.
Any extension or delay should inform in prior and can only extend with the permission of the company and only extension without permission will lead to termination of deposit as it may cause the inconvenience to the next customer.
The Customer should inform about the route or places he would be travelling and driving to a different route or area will lead to termination of deposit and shall lead to legal escalation.
The Customer may extend the booking period at any time, before the end of the booking, at the normal tariff.
A late return will incur charges upto 1.5-2 times the hourly lease rental fee per hour, as communicated at the time of booking.
If there is any damage on the car/vehicle repair or fixing to original conditions by the customer up to Rs. 30,000/- to 1,00,000/- depending upon car. Beyond the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- he/she can avail the insurance claim benefit for which the process might take 7 to 10 working days and can even go higher.
. If the vehicle is damaged, firstly the information should be passed to the company and get it fixed or repaired at the authorized showroom only and can return the car in original condition.
The car should not be misused or used for any illegal activities and any escalation shall be responsible by the customer and will pay all the incident charges occurred to overcome the issues.
A maximum speed limit of 100kmph is allowed on cars and exceeding the insurance claim benefit and will attract penalty of Rs. 500/- per violation.
Any traffic violation or challans made by the customer shall pay within the 7 days intimation from the company and will lead to Rs. 5001/- penalty per day after 7 days.
Rental shall be paid till the car is returned from garage in a reusable condition.
Any fixture or repair or painting done from the unauthorized garage shall strictly not be accepted and car will be sent to authorize service center to get it fixed and rental and other incidental charges shall be charged accordingly.
Drunk and driving is strictly prohibited while driving the car and will be penalized for Rs. 50000/- if found.

If the car is return in filth condition or with any odors that might cause inconvenience to the next customer will lead to a charge for car wash or interior cleaning.
Radio-frequency identification (RFID) FASTAG features are available in al the meragaadi hassle free trip on national highways tolls. Customer should recharge fastag based on the trip duration by using phone pay or Gpay only. Once recharge is done kindly take the transaction receipt screenshot need to be shared with our executive at the drop time. If the customer utilizes the Fastag balance without recharge we will be charged double the Fastag amount used. Since Fastag is not managed by meragaadi any double charges/ toll issues we are not responsible for such instance.
Meragaadi is not responsible for any damage to, Loss or theft of any personal property belonging to user or co-passengers or third party regardless of fault or negligence.
User negligence/accident -Full cost should be paid by the customer.
Nothing contained in this Agreement and/or General Policies shall be constructed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprises meragaadi and the users. If you have any questions regarding this Agreement, please email us support@meragaadi.co.in
